He delves into the intricate web of community, social networks, family, past experiences, and stressors, understanding their impact on the present moment. Together, Kyle and his clients explore curiosity about internal processes and needs, forging a connection to their thoughts, feelings, body responses, and personal values.

Kyle embraces the profound gift of vulnerability on the path to healing. He employs an eclectic framework, seamlessly blending therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Focus on Integrated Treatment (FIT- substance use concerns and emotional motivation for change), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). This personalized approach meets clients where they are, fostering a roadmap for growth and empowerment.
